Absolutely not. The challenge is for any golfer that wants to make a significant improvement to their golf game and is willing to put the effort in to do so. Previous challenges have been successfully completed by plus handicap golfers and 30+ handicap golfers and everything in between.
The challenge lasts 8 weeks. Each week you are provided with a Tailored Practice Plan and a coaching module that focuses on a key area of the game.
Alongside the practice and the coaching modules we will track performance via the in-app Strokes Gained Tracker.
I’ll be on hand throughout to provide support via a community group chat and Q&A sessions throughout.
The practice schedule provides 2-3 hours of high quality practice per week and the modules last 10-15 minutes each. As long as you have time to fit these in you will be able to make the most of the challenge.
That’s no problem at all, you have full access to my Practice Games Directory so will be able to complete as much high quality practice as you like throughout the plan.
